Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Spicy, warm and full of flavour.

Sweet potato wedges. So so amazing.

The sweet potatoes are not entirely crisp, but not entirely soft. They are the perfect of in between.

The kind of thing you would want to have along side some steak and salad. Or even better, in some salad.

Just cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, dry them in between pieces of paper towel, then toss them with some olive oil, salt and pepper and your choice of herbs. I added cinammon, paprika, dried parsley, dried basil and cayenne pepper. Cinammon adds that wonderful warmth of flavour and makes everything feel so comforting.

Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 20 minutes, then at 200 degrees for another 5 minutes to crisp them up.

So easy and so good.
