Homemade Honey Roasted Macadamia Nuts

Sticky, sweet honey roasted nuts. Golden brown bites of goodness. 



All you really need to make these are honey, macadamia nuts (or any other nuts) and a pinch of salt,  roasted to golden brown perfection. That's it! 

Homemade Honey Roasted Macadamia Nuts Recipe

1 cup of raw macadamia nuts (or any other raw nuts) 
1/4 cup honey 
Pinch of salt 

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. 
2. Mix the honey with the macadamia nuts and pour into parchment-lined baking sheet. 
3. Bake for 5-8 minutes until the honey is bubbling and the nuts turn a light golden brown. It will look runny, but don't worry! 
4. Separate the nuts so they are not in clumps. Leave the nuts to cool for at least 10 minutes. The sugar will crystallise and harden slightly. Ready!
