Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Bars

This is the kind of recipe that can boost your self confidence.

1) It takes 15 minutes to mix everything together.
2) It has peanut butter in it (who doesn't like peanut butter?)
3) It's soft, chewy, filled with chocolate.

Bonus: it's good for you.

These amazing bars contain Wholewheat flour, rolled oats and have no butter or oil. They are so easy to put together and even easier to eat.

I mean like who doesn't like peanut butter + oatmeal + chocolate?

I made this after a failed batch of baking. I think everyone needs something to cheer them up after bad days and failures and miserable food. This recipe will make you feel like you've conquered peanut butter land. It's that good.
