20 Minutes Baked Chicken

Juicy, tender chicken filled with spices and baked to perfection. The speediest meal ever!

I make this chicken every week. At least once. Because it's so so simple to do I'm sure you will do it too.

I started with some chicken fillets of boneless chicken thighs. The piece of chicken I used was relatively big, so it takes about 18 minutes in the oven. If you use smaller chicken tenders, they take only 10-15 minutes. So fast and easy!

Drizzle the chicken with a bit of olive oil, then add on your spices. My favourite combination is cayenne pepper, dried chilli flakes, and garlic herb seasoning. For this one, I used dried rosemary, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, dried parsley, dried rosemary and a pinch of salt.

There are so many things you can do with this chicken. Cut it into chunks for a salad, pasta, serve it over some rice, stir it into speedy soups and stews, use in quick chicken pies, in tortilla wraps, or serve with some mashed potato and greens. Limitless opportunities. Or make a big batch at one time and freeze them for whenever you need a quick meal to go.
