My exams are finally over, and I've received all those dreaded results. I guess I've done okay- it isn't great, but it isn't bad either. I'm not totally pleased with everything, but I think I've made good progress in Math, Chinese and Chemistry- something to be proud of :) So some cinnamon rolls for this Saturday morning to lighten the mood and to make these days better.

This recipe can't be simpler- make my easy cinnamon roll recipe , then stew some chopped apples in sugar and cinnamon, before rolling them up into the best cinnamon rolls you have ever tasted.
